Inspirational Prayers: 00006

O God of Ehud. We come to your throne of grace with humble heart acknowledging your love, mercy, grace and abundant life. Thank you Deliverer for delivering us from all sorts of evil and bondage. Throughout history you used one person as a forerunner to deliver your people out of dungeon and captivity. Thank you for sending Ehud, Saul, Mordecai and St. Paul to deliver your people. Though they all belongs to the tribe Benjamin (often neglected, lost identity among other tribes and smallest of all) your spirit never departed from godly people. Though Ehud was left handed warrior you used him to deliver Israelites from Moabite king (Judges 3:15). People in biblical history succeed because of their willing heart to obey your authority and submission. Dear God, in and around us there are numerous number of people who are on their way to destruction and waiting for deliverance. Persecution, Oppression, ungodliness, unrighteousness, sin and calamities are prevailing among us. But several times we are mere spectators. May be I am in the box thinking that I am small , I am weak , I am frail, I am low , my job is small , my family is outcaste , my income is less and several other things which is obstructing me. We pray that your spirit strengthen us to deliver people. Give us the spirit of freedom and proclamation of good news. Your word says "Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." (I John 3:18). I am ready O God. Use me to deliver your people from all kinds of bondage. Let me not think that this is not my duty and somebody else' duty. In advance I thank you God for using me to deliver your people. Thank you for your spirit which gives liberation and making me a deliverer. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

O God of Moses. Once again we come to your throne of grace with contrite heart believing that your grace alone is sufficient for us. This time we remember the verse "For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope."(Rom 15:4). Nadab and Abihu (sons of Aron) offered unauthorized fire and reaped consequence of profanity. They offered something which is not commanded and authorised by you (Lev 10). We confess that you are holy and we ought to be holy. Moses lost his blessings coz of not honoured you as holy in the sight of Israelites (Num 20: 12). We derive through above examples that "No compromise in holiness." Help us lord to be holy and live holy. We believe that you bless people those who worship you whole heartedly, upright in heart, holy and righteous. Make us worthy to receive your blessings. In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen.

O God of Orpah! Thank you, for your freedom and liberty yet another day. We pray that your Inspiring Word will engulf us in our body, mind and spirit. Help us not to worship you traditionally, ironically, and with compulsion but with the spirit and in truth. Help us to create positive attitude that gives success, courage and hope in despair. Help us to approach scriptures with a new lens (eyes) basing on our mental abilities, our own context and understanding. Many a time we venerate Ruth in the book of Ruth and disguise as Orpah. We confess that there are some things hidden in all biblical characters positively. Bible says For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, so that by steadfastness and by the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope” (Romans 15:4). We confess that you want to convey spiritual essence through each word in the text. Orpah before going back to her land, she left with eyes full of tears but she never complained or blamed neither God of Israel nor people of Israel. Several times, we blame you and People when things are not in a right place. We jump to a conclusion saying that I am right and they are wrong, I am perfect and they are imperfect and I am good and they are bad. Always blaming, complaining and cornering others while keeping fault on our side. We admit that Orpah is right, who never blamed or complained about anybody. Help us Lord to see things with your eyes. Give us positive outlook, which will drive us further and beyond. Help us not to blame anybody and submit everything to your will (Romans 8:28). Keep us in the very centre of your will. Let your will be done O God. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Gracious God, Living God, Loving God and Merciful God. You are the God of impossibilities. You separated us from our mother’s womb and you separated us from this World, so that we can call you as “Abba- Father.” You gave us victory over sin and now we are set free by your Grace. We see in scriptures that you separated light from the darkness and day from the night. Thank you for the separation O God. Haman witnessed that Mordecai and Jews kept themselves separate (Esther 3:2-8) in a foreign land. We confess that at many times inseparable with finances, relationships, fatalism, materialism, human made things, social media, rites, rituals, traditions, mind-set, perspectives, taboos and several things which are not from you. We humbly pray that you once again separate us from this ordeal. Just like, Mordecai had promoted to higher level because he had separated from the world. We surrender ourselves to you O God Thank you for the promise of deliverance. We believe that you are going to lift us in all aspects of our life. Let the people see Mordecai's God in us. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear God, Thank you for the new beginnings, renewed hope, renewed strength, new ideas, new schemes, new thoughts and new ways in your Word where we can find peace and solace. Help us to see everything, the way you see and fill us with your love and compassion. Continue to inspire us, ignite us, renew us and mould us the way, which you want us to be. Make us as hope givers in this hopeless world, loveless world and graceless world. Pharaoh identified the spirit of God in Joseph. Joseph proclaimed inward beauty rather than exhibiting outward beauty. Therefore, when people see us, let them find you in our conversations, thoughts, and deeds and in everything. Let this day be a blessing to others and make me a channel. Thank you for your unexplainable grace. In Jesus name. Amen.

Dear God, help me in my situations, circumstances, shortcomings, conflicts, difficulties, impossibilities, temperaments, views, perspectives and my ego towards you, so that I can learn to persist and believe in you as a God, who always gives hope & strength to endure forever. Caleb prayed, "Give me that mountain" when he was 80 yrs old. Give me that same kind of attitude to persevere your work even though things are not in the right shape. I am a victor, I am blessed, I am a child of God, I am highly favoured, and I am more than a conqueror. In your name, I pronounce abundant favour in success, favour in work place, favour in ministry, favour in finances, favour in relationships and above all thank you for taking me to the next level of anointing in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
