Abram held offices of priest (Gen 13:4,
22:13), prophet (Gen 20:7) and a prayer warrior (Gen 20:17) along with
"daddy of the faithful." I would say, he was 'NAPOTISTIC' as well,
coz he held the office of king/warrior to release his captivated nephew from
the "battle in the valley of Siddim" (Gen 14:8b). Abram forcefully
sent away Lot along with his possessions after strife between their herders
(Gen 13:9), yet he loved Lot even after 13 years (Gen 14:4). When he heard
about Lot's captivity he operated his skills as a king and routed/ pursued
enemy (Gen 14:15). Dear God, several times we never stretch out hands to our
near & dear. Give us the same heart like Abram to care, share and bear each
other’s burden. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
